Baby Izzy

Let me preface this post with the fact that I don't normally do newborn sessions. But every once in a while I will have a friend have a baby and I will get to take pictures of little tiny toes. This little squirt is the adorable creation made by two of my favorite people in the whole wide world - a friend I have known since middle school and his amazing wife who I have enjoyed becoming friends with as well!

Now for those of you who don't know - it is best to take pictures of babies when they are sleeping. You get to move them however you want, put them in really cute poses and basically mold them like dolls for great pictures. Well baby Izzy was clearly too excited to see her "auntie" Noel, because she was awake the whole time I was taking her pictures. {It was either her excitement or the fact that me and mom talked for too long before I actually got my camera out!} Either way baby Izzy was awake and we still got some great lifestyle pictures! Her alertness was astounding for being only 6 days new! 

Well now baby girl is 5 months old - but we sure are glad she is here!
